Here’s an introduction to my two cats:
Zelda: The Calico
She’s a talkative Hemingway feline. Her extra digit provides more effective face-pawing. Jack is her owner and familiar. She’s about 11 years old, and has had a litter of kittens. She’s very very talkative (did I mention that yet?). People often find themselves talking back to her, and she responds with tone. She suffered liver failure and had to have a feeding tube inserted into her neck. She had a 1/5 chance on living, and bounced back. Strong little lady!
Lilly: The Tuxedo
She’s my Fat Cat. She showed up on my porch and never left. She’s a little piglet that likes to sleep on her back in compromising positions. She’s always looking for attention or someones shoes to sleep on. She is good at making piglet snorting noises while she eats. She has a boyfriend. His name is Damien and he belongs to our roommate.
We decided to take a weekend trip to St. Augustine to escape Orlando and it’s insanity for a few days. We had a wonderful time. Ate awesome pizza, toured the historic sites, and shopped till we dropped. I really hope we get to go back before we move up north!
The biscuits are from scratch. The meatballs have minced garlic and chopped onions with some italian seasoning. The steak strips on the side were left over from another night, and Jack wanted them. 🙂
The dessert was vanilla cheesecake, mango, and some chocolate sauce.
This is my stepmother. I give all credit of learning to cook from her. She taught me a heck of a lot more than just cooking as well.
