2/3 cup milk
3 cups Oatmeal
6 Tbs of cocoa powder (either dark or milk work just fine. Hersey’s is the best though)
1 tsp of vanilla
(These next three are more too taste. These are rough estimates)
1 Tbs of Cinnamon
1/2 Tbs of ground cloves
1/2 Tbs of ground nutmeg
1 Jar Peanut butter
Melt the butter in a sauce pan on Med/High heat. Add the milk next and then the sugar. Let boil for 2 mins while stirring regularly.
Remove from heat. Add the vanilla, and spices. Stir. Add the coco powder and the oatmeal. It’s easier to add 2 Tbs of cocoa then 1 cup of oatmeal, stir, and then 2 Tbs cocoa and 1 cup oatmeal. Once everything is mixed up. pull out a cookie sheet. Non-stick is preferred. If you don’t have NS, just throw some cooking spray down. Spoon out cookies on the cookie sheet. Space about 1/2 in apart. It’s okay if they touch, they’re easy to pull apart. Once they’re down, make a spoon indentation in each. Let sit in freezer for about an hour. Then spoon peanut butter in the indentations.
